We hire people who want to own a book or an operation rather than a slice of a process. Teams are deliberately small and the distance between a decision and its consequence is short.
Trading and origination
Traders and originators run their own counterparty relationships and are accountable for the position they take. Prior physical experience matters more than a specific academic background.
We recruit into all three desks, most often in Zug, Dubai and New York.
Operations and chartering
Operators execute contracts end to end: nominating vessels, coordinating inspection, managing laytime and resolving claims. It is the fastest way to learn how physical trade actually works.
Openings sit primarily in Jakarta, Dubai, Zug and New York.
Finance, compliance and technology
Trade finance, risk, compliance and technology roles support every desk. These are not back-office functions here; compliance holds a veto and risk sets the limits.
